not only from New Jersey, but also from Pennsylvania, New York and even
Connecticut. The charm of homely atmosphere was a major attraction here. In the

enjoyed a sumptuous dinner menu of, ‘Bhat’, ‘Mangser Jhol’, ‘Paanchmisali’,
‘Chatni’ and ‘Rosogolla’ on the 13th and ‘Khichuri’, ‘Pakora’, ‘Alu-gobi’,

textures. The Gents put up a feeble competition with their Punjabis. Then there
was the grand cultural program in the evening. On the 13th, people relived the
magic of Uday Shankar and Salil Chowdhury through their talented successors,

with their scintillating display of aptly choreographed dance numbers.
Meanwhile, Antara got the whole audience singing along to the familiar tunes of
her legendary father. Then on Sunday, the ICC children got the audience
laughing in a superb performance of the hilarious drama ‘Harshabardhan
Gobradhan’. Finally, local artists sung to the tunes of memorable Hindi and
Bengali songs in the performance, ‘Anurodher Asar.’ There were also
performances by local groups such as ‘Bharatiya Kala Kendra’ and ‘Rhythms of
Dance and Music’.
